28th May 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: NW Wind Stength: 25 knots Surf / Sea State: small 1 ft Air Temperature: 13C Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Turned into a great session. Arrived with some heavy showers going through and not much wind. Rigged the Eagle and 6.9m and waited. Wind kicked in and move from N to NW and by the time I was in the water I was way over powered. So back in for 5.0m and wave board. Back out and it was perfect, big long reaches out into the bay flying over the swell with small jumps. Back on the inside just small waves to play with. Just a few lulls that stopped me heading upwind to Al but had fun blasting about. Found gybing a bit tricky in the lumpy stuff but made a couple dry in the end but no speed coming out. Great day. |
